Please update submodules

The submodules, especially glsllang. Are out of date. (1 year, 6 months). Updating the submodules would be greatly beneficial.

Otherwise you can fork the branch I created or just point to it in Cargo dependencies:

shaderc = { git = "https://github.com/mehmetoguzderin/shaderc-rs.git", branch = "v2025-initial", version = "0.9.0", features = [ "build-from-source", "prefer-static-linking" ] }

FYI updated dependencies update the versions they depend so make sure to update compilers & CMake.
