We've already support Go (add & generate), Python (add & generate) and Rust (add & generate & release) and will support Java and Node, likely in May and June.
Without proper automation, on-call engineer needs to manually running command to update the librarian binary, update sources and regenerate, which is toilsome and time-consuming.
We should come up with automations, be it GitHub workflow, Cloud Build/Run jobs, etc., to reduce the toil and time spent on rotation.
