Triangular bullet (U+2023) too big

Compared to the default unicode bullet (U+2022), the triangular bullet (U+2023) looks way too big (to me). In Typst, those symbols indicate indentation level and are used in close proximity, so the size difference gets really apparent

This current glyph (big triangle) could be reused in another code point: Black Right-Pointing Small Triangle (U+25B8), used in some software guides (I saw it in GNOME’s Mallard and LibreOffice).
