Vertical Metrics to match RF release

As per #55 I just compared the RF release vs the latest RFA2 pushed an hour ago in typeroof, and found the vertical metrics different, such that making 2 tabs of typeroof set up the same to compare them isn't working very well because the baselines are off. Hopefully its trivial to re-copy the RF v metrics, possibly HVAR table too, to RFA2 :) You can see this also in #57
