Disabling WinHttpAutoProxySvc causes WLAN AutoConfig service to fail to load.

Disabling the WinHttpAutoProxySvc to harden against MITM attacks will cause wireless discovery to fail. To fix the issue, change the registry key located at SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WinHttpAutoProxySvc from 4 to 2.

Ideally, would be nice to get a separate flag to be wifi safe.

Works great if you manually remove the false dependency to WinHttpAutoProxySvc in Wcmsvc and iphlpsvc. Obviously, if the script is going to disable that service, it should also adjust the dependencies to prevent breakage. WlanSvc is failing for you because it can't start Wcmsvc, which is failing because it thinks it depends on WinHttpAutoProxySvc—despite working perfectly fine without it.
