Add country timeline on statistics page

The feature

Under the table on the statistics page, we could have a timeline for when each country was added to the website.

Why?

It would be a nice way to visualize the progress of the project and may also make clear that it is a lively and long-lived project.

In a sense, it will be a very tiny part of it. But I don't think the timeline should include every time there's an update of the country, only when it was introduced. Both because it will be cleaner and also to not have a lot of extra work added.
