5Ghz band connection?

Hi, I need a hotspot to run in 5Ghz band mode. But It is allways just 2,4Ghz. Any Idea how to get it to work at 5 Ghz?

I'm afraid, all I have done here is compile a binary for a Windows example project.
I have no idea how it works or how to extend it :-(
