Show ssh hostname in choose-tree for pane

Hi,
It would be great if choose-tree <prefix> w use the actual ssh hostname for pane.
How could I change the displayed hostname in this view?

• The automatic rename renamed the pane in the statusbar to ssh. ✔️
• The username and hostname changed in tha statusbar. ✔️
• It is ssh in this view also. ✔️
• The bash has the local hostname ✔️
• The pane with the ssh session has the local hostname. ❌
