Create test in CI applying plugin in Nowinandroid

We need to create a test for CI where we download the repo nowinandroid and inject the most recent version of the Android Cache Fix plugin.
We would like to verify:

• No issues using the Android Cache Fix Plugin in a production project
• Ksp with Room processor is working and caching is retrieved for experiment 3
