Update application.yml wtih the public IP address of the instance

Lab 1 - Instead of localhost can we get the server running ip to resolve to the ip
address of the tenancy => it won’t work automatically, b/c the server itself doesn’t have the knowledge about the public IP address. The only way is that I would update terraform to automatically configure application.yml:micronaut.server.host: <ip address>
