Auto update that container image

We haven't pushed a single new release of the image in over a year,

We should setup a CI that auto generates the container from time to time so we don't get any security issues.
Overall I think people are negative to old containers. Users can of course build there own but it would nice to give them fresh releases from time to time.

If you have time we would love external contributions for this.

We are currently working on v5 for the operator, https://github.com/grafana-operator/grafana-operator-experimental in that solution we don't use the side-car any more and we should be able to deprecate this repo. But this is probably 6 months to a year away.
