Operator still want to use clusterroles when ownNamespaceOnly = true

I am deploying the the operator through version 3.5.2 of the k8s-monitoring helm chart.
I have set ownNamespaceOnly: true and createClusterRoles: false

The operator fails to deploy because it tries to get ClusterRoles for the alloy components like alloy-singleton.

Seems related to the fact that all Alloy components still use clusterroles until this is released: grafana/alloy#3869
