Support Azure Data Explorer for executing management command in Kusto

In Grafana Business Table > Editable Data > Update Request, want to update cells after edit by KQL. For example query

.set-or-replace CommentsbyRegion <|
CommentsbyRegion
| extend  Comments = iff(Stage == '${payload.Stage}' and AzureRegion == '${payload.Region}', '${payload.Comments}', Comments)

Got error
"message":"azure HTTP \"400 BadRequest\": \"Control commands (starting with a dot '.') cannot be served from the query endpoint unless they are .show control commands.\"

The Grafana app already has admin permission to that database. Looks like Grafana doesn't support management command queries.
