Support for derived fields for cross datasource linking

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We're looking to use clickhouse for storing trace data instead of loki and would like the ability to link a specific column to tempo (exactly the same functionality that loki->tempo provides today)

Describe the solution you'd like
Same configuration in the datasource with the same experience of linking a column to tempo so users can click the column's value and be linked to tempo visualization

Nothing outside of forking this plugin and creating our own custom

the feature named 'drived field', it is useful. currently loki and ElasticSearch and prometheus exeamplar support this. https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/datasources/loki/#derived-fields
