JSON API and JSONata Only Works For Single Record Data Sets

I am using the the JSON API data source for Grafana... absolutely love the functionality so far. I am however, having an issue trying to leverage JSONata functions to format returned API data. Here is an example of successfully returning a date field.

When I add my JSONata function to manipulate the date...

..all looks good if I only return a single record.

However, if I return multiple rows I get the following error.

To add some additional context... I have the same issue regardless of what the data type is. For instance, when returning fields, 'Status' and 'Date Entered' I get two records with both fields populated.

However, when adding a "static" field for testing...

if I only return one record... I see the following successful results.

But if I try to return the same two records from the above example... I get the following error

Any ideas or guidance would be greatly appreciated!!!

After much searching, reading and trial and error... I believe I have the solution! These field definition changes seemed to do the trick.

Now returns
