Auto sizing does not utilize all available space of the panel

Issue: Auto sizing does not utilize all available space leaving large empty spaces on the top and bottom of the panel.

Expected Behavior: To behave similarly to the standard Stat Panel which utilizes the available space of the panel pictured in the image below.

this is due to the layout method used by this panel, it would not be able to do the same layout as the stat panel, but it could fill "better" than it currently does.
