Support Reporting resources

Grafana Cloud and Enterprise allow users to create 'Reports' based on their dashboards - Docs

The Reporting API exposes interfaces to interact with reports.

Today, if a user wants to migrate reports from one instance to another, they need to manually recreate them, or develop some custom automation leveraging our API. Ideally, it would be a supported resource in grafanactl, and reports can be migrated as easily as Dashboards, Folders, or Alerting resources.

This is something that we'll eventually support, but grafanactl has been built to support APIs which use a specific structure (https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/developers/http_api/apis/#grafanas-new-api-structure), so the work required to support e.g. reporting has to be done in Grafana itself (i.e. porting existing reporting APIs to the new structure).

I don't have any ETA on when that would happen, but Grafana teams have already started porting a bunch of APIs, so it's just a matter of time 🙂
