We want to be able to use grafanactl commands like serve and push to manage alerting resources like rules and rule groups. The foundation SDK has support for these resources (https://grafana.github.io/grafana-foundation-sdk/python/Reference/alerting/object-RuleGroup/), so we would like to be able to use the SDK along with grafanactl to manage our alerts as code.
