What exists today?
Currently, binaries are available as .zip downloads on the releases page.
How could this be better?
It would be useful to have grafanactl available on WinGet so it can be more easily installed and kept up-to-date.
Why would this be an improvement?
Winget is generally seen as more trusted by system administrators who might frown upon downloading and installing binaries from zip files, and winget provides easier update paths.
Another benefit would be that it could automatically be added to the user path.
