Values.yaml: Incorrect placing of grafana Authentication Header #4032

Hello Everyone!
I noticed a small documentation/structure issue, Inside the default vaules.yaml the placemenent of Grafana Authentication header will lead to a confusion ## grafana Authentication can be enabled with the following values on grafana.ini it should be below server: root_url: those does not below to authentication.
