move API under `/api/v1` path

Currently, the API for accessing the registry is published un the root of the registry.k6.io domain.
Moving it under the api/v would make it easier to differentitate the access to the API from the access to the documentation (/wiki) and also allows for versioning of the API, facilitating the introduction of changes
