No kubelet metrics using GKE autopilot Grafana Cloud presets

When deploying the helm chart with the helm gke autopilot presets from the grafana cloud infrastructure > kubernetes > configuration wizard, kubelet metrics are missing.

Looks like it was solved in #374 for the chart v1, but not present in v2.
