Windows defender reports logcli as potentially danger

Describe the bug
Windows defender reports logcli as potentially danger because of "unknown publisher". Problem observed on Windows 10 and 11.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download loki release (from https://github.com/grafana/loki/releases as suggested in https://grafana.com/docs/loki/latest/query/logcli/)
2. Unzip release
3. Launch installation

Expected behavior
Installation is progressing without security alerts.

Environment:

• Windows 10 and 11
