How to debug the errors

I installed MCP-Grafana as described in the REAMD and successfully connected through the inspector, but encountered an error while using the tool.

I have tried GRFANA_URL and GRFANA_API_KEY, and they are correct and can be used because I successfully called them through the API and received the correct data return.

How can I determine the cause of internal errors? thx

The error messages aren't much use here, I agree. Since they're returning 400 the best option might be to enable debug & server logging in your Grafana instance and check the logs there if possible. I'll also check to see if we can improve the logs in the MCP server to include any response bodies provided to us by Grafana.

We have added a -debug mode in the most recent release as well which will provide lots of information about the calls to Grafana: #97. I think this is done for now, but we will always keep improving the dev experience.
