Add API support for Multi-label extraction templates in Integrations #5564

What would you like to see!
The Multi-label extraction template feature is only configurable through the UI. There's no API endpoint to manage these templates programmatically, which prevents automation and IaC workflows.
I mean if it's possible to add the option through API ?

We have to manually click through the UI for each integration to set up label extraction, which doesn't scale and can't be version controlled.
This would enable IaC tools to fully manage OnCall configurations without manual intervention.
