Prepare backend for pySigma v1.0.0 release #230
Description
pySigma is nearing a full v1.0.0 release via sigma-cli. We should test our backend against the latest release candidates and ensure it works correctly, with all relevant unit tests passing, and using the newer library features where possible, primarily thinking of the (now) built-in functionality to handle negation by pushing it down to comparisons.
