godeltaprof: consider forbiding running on untested go versions

We used to disallow running on untested versions, but then relaxed this here 7be6ef6

Given this issue #103 I think we should return back the version check.

We may optionally relax it again with an extra build tag , for example godeltaprof_feeling_lucky
