Feature Request: Official Grafana Dashboard for Prometheus Metrics #4689

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Pyroscope emits a lot of Prometheus metrics but there is no official Grafana dashboard. Users must discover which metrics matter and build dashboards from scratch, which is time-consuming and error-prone.
Describe the solution you'd like
An official dashboard covering key operational metrics: ingestion throughput, request latency, write path performance, compaction status, storage health, and component availability.
This can be part of the helm chart.
