Performance: slow autosuggestions and queries are affecting e2e tests

I've temporarily increased timeouts to slow e2e tests https://github.com/grafana/redshift-datasource/pull/702/commits/75b04e50067ad75b2e304d8cc70dd6fc2b16103e.

The queries are only slow some times when I perform the same e2e test steps manually in Chrome, but seem to be much slower when running in Playwright and times out.
