Renaming conversion configuration only removes old rules #242

Renaming a conversion configuration should trigger conversion and integration of the new configuration.
Context
In #120, we updated the converter and integrator code to remove files when the associated conversion configuration was removed. But if it is being renamed, the new conversion configuration is not being processed.
Definition of Done (Required)
Whenever a conversion configuration is renamed, it should both delete the old files and create new files.
