CSS inconsistency on Config -> General tab #1479
Description
Just a small piece of feedback, I was writing some instructions for how to use the SM API, and retrieving the backend address from the app.
I noticed on Config -> General tab, both "Private probes" and "Probe API Server URL" are H3, but they are rendered differently.
I was also wondering if we should turn "Your backend address is:" into an H3, so it's easier to reference it.
