Version Management: corroborate it works with real APIs

Once the APIs are ready, we need to corroborate everything works as expected:

• Selecting a k6 channel for a check
• Having probes display their supported versions
• Only compatible probes are allowed to be chosen, with correct validation
• Monaco editor loads the right types for the selected channel
