Migrate DataTestIds enum to category specific pattern

The DataTestIds enum should be broken up and migrated into categories, following the same pattern as the other test ids in the same file

Hi @nrebolloso -- we don't assign issues to external contributors until they put a PR up but you are welcome to work on it -- or any of the other issues in the repo! As soon as we see you have a PR up we are happy to attribute the corresponding issue to you for visibility.

We do this because external contributors might forgot about the issue and we don't have any oversight to when they might put the PR to solve it up, so we do this just to protect ourselves and make sure issues don't slip through. Hope that makes sense!
