Possible to host refresh on Azure Functions or AWS Lambda?

I've been getting more into the JAMstack approach and was curious whether the refresh functionality could be triggered by an Azure Function rather than a dedicated web server endpoint. Can WebSharper run on Azure Functions?

I don't see why not, as long as you expose each entrypoint as an AF. It would have to be stateful, in order to avoid reloading all posts each time.
