Some Singaporean phone numbers failing to parse

Hello,

Running into an issue with parsing a few Singaporean phone numbers such as +6589569999, if run through the parsePhoneNumber it comes up as invalid even though it is a valid number on libphonenumber, verifiable here.

Any assistance regarding this will be greatly appreciated 🙏
