Build test fails randomly when ran on GitHub actions:

This is a known problem with hardhat:
- Bug in compilation when multiple versions are used with many contracts NomicFoundation/hardhat#4490 (if this is the root cause, updating to latest hardhat could solve it)
- Race condition in compiler download when more than one Hardhat process is compiling NomicFoundation/hardhat#4491 (this is most likely the root cause)
