Whether we use template(s) or form(s) is something to discuss!

Questions to ponder:

1. should we distinguish between a request for a subtle enhancement and an RFC? is RFC too technical sounding?
2. should we add external buttons - chat & other links?
3. should we have an external link for graphql-config
