Steps to Reproduce the Problem Or Description

Type in line shown in animated gif and comment out (may only happen in server.js when running with node, I found in React app with nextjs did not see error)

The only way I can reproduce this is by placing a broken gql block above. Specifically opening a bracket or brace.

    query {
`;

const obj = {
    //id: (parent, args, context, info) => {return parent.id},
    first: (parent, args, context, info) => {return parent.first},
    last: (parent, args, context, info) => {return parent.last},
    favorite: (parent, args, context, info) => {return parent.favorite},
};

I guess in a perfect world it would only affect code within in the gql block?

thank you. we recently added support to the regex for gql(), I wonder if that broke the regex for cases like these

@qw-in what happens if you close the open graphql operation block? e.g.
