Regarding the "Key not found error", here's a thread of the issue as we tried to sort out the logs and identify the cause.

Note that this is an isolated issue that affects individual accounts and does not follow a specific pattern. It doesn't appear after a user does certain actions, hence can't be replicated.

A fix that is being used is:

1. ssh to the the production server.
2. cd dev/sarafu-vise
3. Ensure that it's on the same branch as what's running, preferably master
4. If not, build the vis files using cd services/registration followed by make VISE_PATH=/home/sohail/go/pkg/mod/git.defalsify.org/vise.git@v0.3.1 -B
5. Clear the user's cache by running go run -tags online cmd/main.go -session-id=+254XXXXXXXXX twice.
6. The first time this is run, the error will appear and is cleared, allowing the user to access the USSD
