automatic creation of admin user

Is it possible to automate the initial creation of the admin user? I'd like to automate the complete install of netmaker + ui

1. nmctl user create --admin --name --password
2. curl https://api.NETMAKER_DOMAIN//api/users/createadmin/ -d '{"username": "", "password":""}'
