[Bug]: New ACL does not apply correctly

What happened?

New ACLs don't seem to apply properly if old style ACLs have been set previously.

We use a star topology with the first server in a network serving as gateway. I wanted to add a new server, but couldn't get a connection up.
I have default deny set on the network and therefor also on every new node. Even with an explicit rule of "all resources" <-> "gateway server" I couldn't get a working connection. I had to switch back to the old ACLs to allow the connection.

Netmaker server is version 1.1.0
The gateway has Netclient version 1.1.0
Client server is Windows and uses version 0.30.0 still because of this other issue

@exu-g, you cannot use old ACLs and new ACLs together; they would conflict with each other.
Set to allow all on old ACLs and start using new ACLs.
We will be deprecating old ACLs in future versions.

@abhishek9686 Ok, I think can change the default ACL with this API call: https://docs.netmaker.io/api#tag/networks/put/api/networks/{networkname}

Is there any way currently to force new ACLs in the UI?

Currently, you have to use the api to change the default ACL setting on the network.
We are adding deprecation logic in the next version to configure it via settings.
