Version Warning: Prefer "latest" to "stable"

What is the enhancement to be made?

Modify language in the switcher to use "latest" rather than "stable".

This is documentation for an old version (v5.4.3). [Switch to latest version]

Why should we make this change? (Business justification? What problem is the feature trying to solve?)

"Stable" may imply to readers that older versions are unstable.

Also, "latest" agrees with the version switcher

Any other comments?

Customizing that button might require an upstream change to the theme.
