Error: GF SECURITY ADMIN USER is required

I am receiving the following error error while interpolating services.grafana.environment.GF_SECURITY_ADMIN_USER: required variable GRAFANA_ADMIN_USER is missing a value: GRAFANA_ADMIN_USER is required

Followed the quick start instructions and running it on docker for MacBook.
