SQL Queries in GX >1.0

In past versions of GX, there were many different types of SQL Query Expectations that were available. Are these still supported in GX > 1.0?
The documentation only has the single unexpected_rows_expectation expectation. Is there a way to still use the old versions of these expectations?
If they had to be customized, is there any good documentation on doing that?
