feat: Add Superfluid subgraph integration and enhance jar functionality

This commit introduces new hooks for fetching streaming data from the Superfluid subgraph, improving the jar's ability to handle continuous token flows. It also updates the jar configuration to utilize more accurate contract function names and refactors existing hooks for better clarity. Additionally, several obsolete test files have been removed to streamline the codebase.
