After completing work once can not re-access garden flow without a refresh

Describe the bug
Currentyl after completing a garden flow and uploading work the Garden flow cannot not be accessed again when you attempt to it glitches and in order to do more work a hard refresh is needed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Garden tab and complete work
2. Click on Garden tab again to do another submission
3. See error that you cannot access Garden it glitches

Expected behavior
I expect to submit a piece of work then be able to start a fresh new Garden flow so I can continue to upload my work on the Green Goods protocol
