Discrepancy between gabc download and rendered file

an `annotation: 3b` is clearly present, as can be verified by editing in one of the third party editors.

However, if one downloads by cliking the 'gabc' link the annotation is not present.

I intend to submit a PR to fix this in about a week when I'm back; this is just a placeholder issue.
