documentation improvement

Hi, I’ve been exploring Gridap.jl and noticed that some of the example PDEs in the documentation could benefit from a bit more explanation.
I’d like to contribute by improving the documentation for one of the examples (e.g., the Poisson equation demo), adding clear step-by-step notes or comments to make it easier for new users to follow.

Would this type of contribution be welcome? If so, I can open a pull request once the draft is ready.

I was referring to the README in the main Gridap.jl repository, specifically improving the Tutorials section.
My goal is to make it a bit clearer and add direct links to key examples from the Gridap Tutorials repo to help new users find them more easily.

Sure, that README sure is outdated and hasn't been touched for ages. The only thing I would say is that we should be careful with links. The structure of the tutorials webpage may change when new things get added. So I would avoid linking anything that could potentially break in the future. Otherwise, please feel free to submit a PR with the changes.
