KOreader settings UI doesn't show credentials

The device settings page receives KOreader credentials but username / password fields can stay empty until another setting is flipped, triggering a UI refresh.

Looking at this and #1558 and it's not clear what the issue is. On my local dev stack:

1. I set the KOReader username and password
2. Reload the page and the credentials correctly appear
3. Navigate away and back and the credentials correctly appear
4. Open the page in an incognito window and the credentials correctly appear

The same happens for the Hardcover API key

@alexhb1 Can you include some more information as to how to reproduce and what exactly isn't working?

@jcharnetsky The problem is these device page components don't update themselves once data arrives, the main redraw source for Hardcover/KOreader is the Kobo Sync settings component which is set up correctly. If a user doesn't have kobo sync settings visible you're much more likely to have a broken KOreader or Hardcover setting.
