The bottom options menu hides options when there is not enough horizontal screen estate available either due to sidebar, filter bar or browser sidebar on 1920x1200 portrait monitor. Options are hidden and there is no mouse scrolling option or other way to access the hidden options other than hiding filters/sidebar/browser-sidebar and/or using different monitor with wider horizontal space.
Examples:
Sidebar, filter bar and browser sidebar

Sidebar and browser sidebar:

Minimised sidebar without browser sidebar:

No browser sidebar, expanded sidebar:

Only minimised sidebar and no filter sidebar and no browser sidebar shows all options:

There shouldn't be any hidden options behind the '1 selected' info at all and I guess the easiest quick fix would be to add a scrollbar when there is not sufficient horizontal space or some other way to deal with the options on variable screen sizes.
